Bethany is a Social Worker and Lawyer who is deeply committed to advocating for marginalized communities through both legal work and social entrepreneurship. As a co-founder of Enlightened Solutions, she work to advance civil rights and create systemic change for underserved populations. In her legal practice with Sobel, Wade, and Mapley, she focuses on employment law, protecting individuals' rights in the workplace and fighting for justice where it is needed most.

By combining legal expertise and data-driven solutions, Bethany aim to bridge gaps, advocate for change, and promote social equity in every area of her work. her ultimate goal is to create accessible, inclusive, and transformative pathways to justice for marginalized communities.

Advocacy: Bethany is a dedicated civil rights advocate who co-founded a think tank that led to groundbreaking research, new city-level legislation, a Webby-award-winning podcast, and a consulting practice focused on systemic change. She has built an extensive network of over 200 partners and 1,300 community participants through grassroots advocacy and community surveys. Her ability to recruit, engage, and raise funds has allowed her to transform a project discussed at her kitchen table into an impactful, wide-reaching initiative.
